Operations & Sequencing Supervisor We are looking for a dynamic leader to ensure operational excellence, maintain top-tier product quality, and guarantee a seamless supply of finished goods to our customers through strategic site management. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for efficiency, this is your opportunity! What You’ll Do: Ensure all materials meet quality standards, coordinating rework if needed. Oversee inspection processes to align with quality and cycle time requirements. Lead and guide your team in following standardized work procedures. Serve as the key link between our customers and the manufacturing plant. Maintain clear and proactive communication with the internal quality team. Manage inventory efficiently, tackling root causes behind discrepancies (cycle counts, scrap, quarantines, adjustments). Coordinate on-site activities, including safety, quality, risk management, escalation processes, staff engagement, and MRO inventory control . Develop and manage the annual operational budget , analyzing trends and implementing corrective action plans. Ensure on-time and accurate shipments to keep customer operations running smoothly. What You Need to Succeed: ️ 3+ years of experience in Materials, Logistics, or Shipping. ️ Proven ability to calculate and manage team overtime . ️ Advanced English proficiency to communicate effectively. ️ Familiarity with EDI releases (Electronic Data Interchange) . ️ Experience leading teams and driving performance. ️ Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
