The Project Engineer role involves overseeing the execution of projects to ensure they meet technical, safety, quality, and financial requirements. This position leads multidisciplinary teams across project phases and Ground Ops areas, ensuring alignment with project scope, objectives, budget, timeline, and quality standards. Key Activities: Business Case Analysis Provide technical inputs for business case analyses, including feasibility studies, technical risk assessments, preliminary cost estimates, and project execution plans. Project Planning & Execution Develop and review technical specifications, scope documents, and project schedules. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Monitor project progress, control costs, and report deviations. Technical Support & Compliance Provide technical assessments, drawing reviews, and solutions during design and execution phases. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, internal codes/standards, and regulatory requirements. Risk & Issue Management Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. Manage incident reports and change requests. Stakeholders Management Serve as liaison between internal departments (Operations, Safety, IT, Procurement, Legal, Security, Finance, NOEP, etc.) and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, landlords, etc.). Support multidisciplinary technical discussions and project status updates with leadership teams. Quality Assurance Perform site inspections, supervise testing, commissioning, and handover processes. Ensure documentation, as-built drawings, technical records, minutes, customer expectation lists, readiness checklists, and other project management formats are properly delivered and archived.
