Job Title: Quality Process Engineer About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced process engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in lean manufacturing and statistical analysis, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Design and implement quality control procedures and programs to meet industry standards. Identify and develop process improvement projects focused on efficiency gains. Analyze production data and metrics to optimize processes. Implement and manage continuous improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Total Productive Maintenance, Standard Work, Poka Yoke, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Participate in recognition programs and prepare performance reports and analysis. Support and participate in the implementation of improvement projects in other departments. Prepare training materials related to quality control and develop process improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field from a reputable university. Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry. Green Belt certification or Black Belt certification preferred.
