Global Logistics Coordinator Job To oversee and coordinate the international shipping of finished goods efficiently, securely, and on-time in compliance with customs regulations and trade certifications. Main Responsibilities: Supervise export shipments to the United States, Europe, and Asia. Evaluate adherence to international trade regulations, including accurate tariff classification. Verify customs documentation for consistency with physical cargo. Ensure security standards are met under CTPAT and OEA programs. Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders for timely deliveries. Maintain shipment traceability and generate shipping reports, performance indicators, and non-conformance records. Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers in both English and Spanish. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics shipping or trade compliance within a manufacturing environment. Techincal Knowledge: Tariff classification and customs documentation Foreign trade regulations (FTAs, IMMEX, Incoterms) CTPAT and OEA certification standards ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Ground, ocean, and air logistics Languages: Advanced English (written and spoken) Team leadership and personnel management Planning and organizational skills Problem-solving and decision-making Effective communication KPI-driven and results-oriented
