Salary MXN 740K - 840K PA + Bonus + Benefits Mexico City We are looking to recruit an experienced IT Software Customer Success Manager / Software Service Delivery Manager who has practical experience of leading the implementation of core business applications such as Financials, ERP, CRM or similar. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to manage the ongoing client relationship, identifying opportunities to provide additional services and working with internal delivery teams to ensure that clients SLA's are met and effectively managing client expectations to nurture a long term partnership. You will also need good English language skills (at least B2 level). To be a success in this role you will need to combine the above experience with excellent communication skills. You will be able to build and maintain effective partnerships with multiple clients setting and managing clear expectations. You will also need to build effective working partnerships with the delivery teams, working with them to optimise processes and identify opportunities to provide exceptional customer service.
