Job Description

Job Title: HR & Admin Manager (Based in Mexico city) 【Job Summary】: We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to oversee employee lifecycle management, compliance, and office operations in Mexico, The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Mexico labor regulations, adept at cross-cultural collaboration, and fluent in spanish, speaking chinese is a plus. 【Key Responsibilities】: 1、Employee Lifecycle Management Handle end-to-end onboarding/offboarding for local employee Manage attendance tracking, travel claims, and payroll-related reporting. 2、Talent Acquisition Support:Partner with hiring managers to source candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate local recruitment processes. 3、Office Operations & Administration Oversee workplace logistics: office leasing, IT asset/equipment distribution, meeting coordination, and business guest reception. Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships. 4、Immigration & Legal Compliance Liaise with immigration authorities to process work visas/passes for expatriates, ensuring adherence to Mexico regulations. Requirements: 1、Experience: 3+ years in HR/administration roles in Mexico, preferably with multinational or Chinese-funded companies. 2、Legal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Mexico labor laws, social security and immigration procedures. 3、Language Skills: Professional fluency in Spanish Or Chinese Soft Skills: Strong sense of accountability, exceptional organizational skills, and problem-solving agility. Work Flexibility: Adaptability to multicultural environments and non-rigid working hours when needed. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with expatriate visa processing
