We are looking for an experienced solution engineer to manage award winning omnichannel digital solutions including complex websites, web solutions. Role and Responsibilities: Project Management: Managing delivery of large complex website, SEO project within budget, timeline ensuring project meets success metrics. Delighting customer by understanding customer business and technical challenges, requirements and aligning them with Milestone solutions. Establishing relationships with key decision-makers and serving as the customer’s technical point of contact and advocate. Excellent communication – Ability to connect customer desired outcome with various product and solutions. High-Performance: Navigating complex technical scenarios to assist customers in migrating to Milestone platform from their existing solutions. Pre and Post-Sales Guidance: Applying understanding of customer environments and goals to provide oversight and guide pre and post-sales teams to successful outcomes. Partner with Sales, delivery team in leading requirements discovery, solution presentations, Proof of Concept. Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of web technology including integrations, UI/UX, websites, CMS, Analytics, SEO, Front end and backend technology. Good knowledge of software such as Wrike, Jira etc. Experience in Change Control Management process and a solid understanding and experience in managing “Triple Constraints” (Scope, Time, and Budget) on a complex and dynamic project. Team- Work: Proven experience working with remote teams located across various geographical location. Time Management: Strong time management and prioritization skills to support multiple opportunities and concurrent client requests. Ability to reprioritize as needed. Thriving on change, working well both as part of a team and as an individual contributor. Flexible to work locally, regionally, and globally in a matrixed organization. Adaptability to rapid pace and quick changes is essential. Background: 5+ years of project management experience in an agency building large complex website projects. Hospitality, Finance industry experience is plus. Proven experience building websites on various CMS including WordPress, opensource CMS, Adobe, Site Core, etc. 5+ years of experience in customer-facing pre or post sales solutions engineering, technical consulting or other related roles Ability to travel up to 25% when needed Experience working with large enterprise customers and distributed teams. Strong knowledge of Website Development Life Cycle, Technical SEO, Website / Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing. Education: BA/BS degree in any discipline. PMP or other Project Management Certification is preferred.
