About the Role We are seeking a skilled and driven IT Recruiter with proven experience supporting U.S.-based and Mexico hiring. The ideal candidate is well-versed in the staffing industry, understands U.S. tax terms, and has successfully placed professionals in on-site and remote roles. This is an on-site role based in Monterrey, offering a fast-paced, high-impact environment working with cross-border hiring needs. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT roles (e.g., developers, QA, DevOps, network engineers). Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach. Screen candidates for technical fit, English communication, and U.S. work eligibility. Present qualified candidates to account managers or end clients. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure timely communication. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ATS and internal trackers. Collaborate with internal teams on hiring priorities and status updates. Requirements 4+ years of experience recruiting IT profiles. Previous experience recruiting for U.S. roles. Strong understanding of U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C). Fluent English – written and spoken – for daily communication with candidates and clients. Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and ATS systems. Ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet urgent deadlines. Highly organized, resourceful, and self-motivated. Nice to Have Prior experience in staffing agencies or U.S.-based consulting firms.
