Main Responsibilities: Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly reports for the site. Analyze variances and communicate explanations to management with recommended actions. Prepare financial budgets and forecasts. Develop, create, and strengthen internal controls. Identify areas for cost cutting and improvement. Drive initiatives to improve operational performance. Continuous training and staff development. Collaborate with Plant Manager and management to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations, and lead the development of complex analysis. Requirements: A degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Engineering. At least 3-5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator or similar role. ERP Plex System (desired). Manufacturing Industry (preferred). Advanced English skills.
