With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.YOUR TASKSJob ObjectiveContinuous implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System as well as further system related processes (e.g. Technical Cleanliness, ESD) in accordance with current norms, certification rules and customer requirements in cooperation with the responsible entities of the quality networkPlanning, steering, monitoring, executing or accompanying audits e.g. system and process audits in accordance with relevant audit criteria and customer requirementsQuality systemPlanning, preparing internal audits, customer audits and external system audits Conducting process or system audits and/or full-run, in coordination with relevant internal and external entities Support of internal auditors in the global HELLA network Ordering or conducting the creation and maintenance of local process documentation on the Quality Management System in coordination with the process responsible (PLD/PDE) Ensuring that new methods and processes are applied, as well as specialist further training and qualification in the working area Preparing reports and documentation, as well as ensuring that responsible, superior and specialist entities are informed Further development of the Quality Management System in cooperation with the central quality departments and functional support to implement in the division LeadershipDeploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure.
