About The Role We’re seeking a Product Manager passionate about value creation and strategic execution. You’ll serve as a critical link between business strategy and technical implementation—maximizing system value and achieving measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include conducting user research, validating hypotheses with modern product methodologies, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver impactful solutions. What You’ll Do Lead design and execution of complex initiatives aligned with company strategy. Conduct discovery studies, business process analysis, and user journey mapping. Validate hypotheses through research, A/B testing, and market analysis. Prioritize value creation over task completion. Negotiate scope and guide delivery with development teams to ensure strategic alignment. Facilitate stakeholder discussions to co-create solutions. Define and track product success metrics for continuous improvement. Support and train users on systems/tools. Stay connected to business needs and user pain points for informed decision-making. What You Bring Proven experience as a Product Manager or Owner, preferably in logistics or complex systems. Experience in discovery, market research, and user journey definition. Ability to write clear user stories for development teams. Strong analytical skills for feasibility and performance evaluations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
