The Commercial Director will develop sales strategies and execution plans to achieve annual revenue and profit goals, will lead the sales team, and manage the selling activities of the group, sales team development, and resource allocation. This is a hybrid position based in Guadalajara, with travel up to 50%. Review sales funnel performance, increasing pipeline size, win rate, and velocity. Understand MCC end markets to tailor sales strategies. Manage business development activities, account assignments, sales territories, quotas, and goals. Meet with key clients and support sales representatives. Create and deliver sales presentations. Develop customer-pricing strategies to maximize sales and align with financial goals. Negotiate large-scale sales and long-term supply agreements. Review monthly revenue and profit results, providing analysis to the executive team. Analyze sales data, market trends, and portfolio performance. Oversee collection status and collaborate with collections department. Set sales team performance goals, develop forecasts and budgets. Recruit, hire, and develop sales personnel. Promote personnel development and conduct performance reviews. Coordinate sales activities with other departments. Monitor competitors and related packaging suppliers. Recommend capital investments and R&D ideas. Represent MCC at trade association meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Over 10 years of outside sales management experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and MS Office 365. Bilingual in Spanish and English. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in print or packaging industry serving food, beverage, or personal & home care markets. Ability to travel up to 50%.
