As a manager at Station Casinos, you will support, develop, and inspire your team, embodying our people-first philosophy. Key responsibilities include achieving financial, guest, and employee KPIs, such as: Implementing cash handling procedures compliant with management, accounting, and regulatory standards Ensuring completion of all tasks and balancing at close Issuing credit per property policies Assisting with check cashing and credit needs of guests Hiring and supervising Cage Supervisors and Cashiers As a Director, you will be expected to lead by example, empower your team, foster trust, communicate effectively, coach performance, develop talent, and promote collaboration.
