Warehouse Manager Job Description The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials. Supervise a team of warehouse staff and foster a positive work environment. Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Monitor inventory accuracy through regular counts and proper warehouse practices. Coordinate shipments and manage logistics providers to optimize freight performance. Maintain accurate documentation and system transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and safety in all warehouse areas. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field. Minimum 3 years in a leadership role within warehouse or supply chain environments. Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred Requirements: Project Management certification and experience leading operational projects. Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment.
