This critical position is essential throughout the server lifecycle to guarantee solution performance and customer satisfaction. Responsible for overall operating system & hypervisor certification during the complete server lifecycle. Defines support level statement for different OS vendors. Creates and maintains the OS & hypervisor roadmap. Manages OS requirements for various enablement processes. Tracks project status and resolves issues. Ensures deliverables are prepared for specific targets or negotiates satisfactory outcomes. Collaborates with teams to meet specific OS requirements for solutions. Supports geographies for end-customer needs or specific requirements. To succeed in this role, you should possess: Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years in product/program management or software development (or equivalent experience). Effective communication skills for multicultural teams. Excellent negotiation skills and resilience. Solid project management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills. Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, and create innovative solutions. Adept at managing relationships between multifunctional team members.
