Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or equivalent role. Conversational English skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Experience working in the automotive industry or a similar field. Advanced Office software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
