Job Summary As a key leader in our organization, you will oversee Human Resources operations at our production plant, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local labor regulations. Main Responsibilities: Develop and continuously improve HR processes to align with business objectives, enhancing organizational performance and competitiveness. Oversee labor relations, enforcing internal workplace policies and maintaining compliance with labor laws. Partner with EHS teams to implement and support safety, hygiene, and environmental programs. Design and deliver employee development programs aligned with business needs, fostering a culture of integrity and growth. Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Master's degree preferred. +5 years in a managerial HR role with large-scale experience. 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in union bargaining processes.
