We are currently seeking a Customer Service Ambassador who will report to the Head of Mexico as part of our dynamic team in our subsidiary in Mexico. How you will contribute Manage order flow from order acquisition to order entry in compliance with agreed trade terms Handle customer inquiries using different communication channels Proactively apply information research using available resources Manage and solve customer complaints Identify and escalate priority issues Provide customers with product and service information Follow up and through on customer requests and queries Map interactions information according to standard operating procedures Create new business opportunities through a proactive approach Who you are 1-2 years of work experience in a call center environment Knowledge of sales principles and methods Knowledge of order-to-cash flows Sales experience within a controlled environment of advantage Passion and enthusiasm Clear and open communication Working knowledge of SAP & CRM tools of advantage English and Spanish speaker Customer-oriented Problem solver Results-driven Team player Why working with us?
