The Opportunity Coordinate and develop commercial execution guides for both Modern and Traditional Trade channels, combining project management, cross-functional collaboration, and graphic design expertise. Ensuring consistent, visually effective in-store execution aligned with commercial strategy, while also leveraging creativity and user-centered thinking to make materials intuitive, and easy to apply for field sales teams. The ultimate goal is to drive strategic execution that enhances brand presence and increases Share of Market. Your Impact As a Retail Execution Guidelines Development Analyst your functions will include: Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal and extended teams to ensure timely and aligned execution. Collect and consolidate key inputs from local teams to build the Customer Value Offer (CVO). Design and develop visually compelling execution guides for retail clients and in-store activations. Who Are We Looking For? Experience Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Creativity and experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop). Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual communication. Understanding of retail or supermarket environments.
