This pivotal role will set the foundation for establishing our Business Services Center in Mexico, spearheading talent acquisition, transitioning global processes, and delivering top-tier finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Culture: Foster a culture of operational excellence and implement people initiatives. BSC Establishment & Transition: Plan and execute BSC launch, manage function transitions, and standardize processes. Operational Execution: Deliver high-quality shared services, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency through automation. Governance & Compliance: Collaborate with auditors to maintain a robust risk framework and ensure compliance. Site Management: Supervise site operations, vendor relationships, and business continuity planning. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as primary contact for finance and business stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment. Qualifications: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields is required, with a Master's preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience in finance or shared services, with 3+ years in leadership. Proven BSC setup/transition experience. Solid understanding of financial controls and GAAP. Exceptional interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Spanish.
