This role is responsible for prioritizing and tracking key initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring alignment with business objectives across internal and external teams. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development: Co-design and implement strategic plans with eCommerce leaders, establishing the foundation for quarterly and annual roadmaps covering both technological and operational initiatives. Executive & Global Alignment: Manage relationships with international teams, crafting and presenting strategic eCommerce narratives. Ensure timely communication of updates, data, and key outcomes. Cross-Functional Insights Generation: Lead performance data analysis across business units to generate insights that support global strategic decision-making. Initiative Prioritization & Governance: Collaborate with business leaders to define and prioritize initiatives. Ensure strategic alignment through stakeholder engagement and governance frameworks. Program & Project Oversight: Define project governance standards, ensuring consistent execution and monitoring across involved teams.
