Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities - This position will be responsible for developing Mexico Market for Paints & Coatings/Lubricant Additives The candidate preferably needs to have an existing customer base within the same industry with proven history of strong sales or history of establishing a strong customer base in other chemical segment with proven history of strong sales The existing sales record of the candidate should meet on of the below criteria: Monthly GP to be 10 times of the monthly salary Monthly sales to be minimum 100 times the salary Present strong knowledge preferably in lubricant industry, or in other chemical industry which has a successful record of sales Successful history of submitting accurate annual, quarterly and monthly sales forecast based on his pipeline and good understanding of the market/customers Good knowledge of market dynamics, competitors’ activity, competing products, threats and opportunities in the market segment that has the highest experience Good understanding of customers’ credibility and history of proper control on account receivable Experience - 2-8 years of overall work experience required
