Disaster Recovery and Data Protection Leadership We seek a strategic leader to oversee enterprise-wide Disaster Recovery (DR) programs, Data Protection initiatives, and Data Center Operations . This critical role ensures business continuity, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience across infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring technical depth, program management rigor, and people leadership. They must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical teams, foster accountability, collaboration, and align operational execution with organizational values. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end DR lifecycle: planning, testing, execution, and continuous improvement. Lead quarterly application reviews and maintain DR readiness metrics and documentation. Coordinate readiness calls and tabletop exercises across application teams, infrastructure, and business stakeholders. Clearly and consistently communicate DR requirements across multiple teams to ensure alignment and accountability. Drive execution of DR tests, including pre-readiness validation, post-mortem analysis, and RCA documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, disaster recovery, or data center operations. Proven experience managing DR programs in hybrid cloud environments. Familiarity with enterprise backup solutions, DRaaS, and infrastructure monitoring tools. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical requirements clearly and effectively across diverse teams. Excellent people and management skills.
