We are looking for a Software Safety Engineer join our team at Monterrey. The Software Safety Engineer is responsible for working with development teams to create and implement cybersecurity solutions into an embedded controller. They will perform security analyses, write and decompose product requirements, and design architectural level solutions for the implementation of cyber related code solutions. What you can look forward to:Development of the software architecture of electronic braking systems taking account of Automotive SPICE, of functional safety in accordance withISO and other topics with architectural influence (e.g. AUTOSAR)Modeling of the dynamic behavior of the software (Task Scheduling, multi-core)Analysis of requirements, in particular of the safety requirements, on the software, derive a architectural design and manufacture of a traceability between requirements and architecture modelMaintenance and extension of the meta-model for software architectureRegular exchange with the other levels of the system architecture and software development departmentsYour profile: Bachelor degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering, Computer Science required; Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering preferredMinimum of 3 years experience of working knowledge of C/C++as well as the software development lifecycle.Experience with embedded software developmentKnowledgeable in use and development of UML/SysML-based designs; experience in the modeling of the dynamic behavior of the software is a definite plusExperience with Pre-emptive Real-Time Operating SystemsFamiliar with Rhapsody, DOORs, PTC Integrity, Software architecture modeling.
