What we’re looking for: Indorama Ventures – Indovinya is currently looking for a Compensation Specialist for Mexico & LATAM , the purpose of the role is to plan, develop, and oversee the Compensation and Benefits processes for all personnel through analysis and studies aimed at ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity in salaries and benefits. What will be expected from you? Coordinate and oversee the Merit Increase process in Mexico and South America, using globally established tools and policies, in order to ensure internal salary equity based on performance and tabular placement, as well as to provide indicators that support external competitiveness. Calculate the annual performance bonus for Mexico and South America using globally established tools and policies, to ensure fair variable compensation according to employee performance. Plan, design, and provide the Head Count, salary, and benefits budget for personnel in Mexico, based on metrics established by the Finance department, with the goal of delivering accurate and reliable information for the company’s overall budget. Design and propose salary bands for Mexico and South America through the analysis and interpretation of salary survey results, in order to maintain both internal and external salary competitiveness. Participate in salary surveys in Mexico and South America by providing reliable information on salaries, structures, and benefits to obtain objective data that helps keep our salary structures up to date. Provide reliable Human Resources indicators through their analysis and interpretation, with the aim of supporting decision-making by leaders in Mexico and South America. Evaluate job descriptions using the Korn Ferry methodology to assign the correct grade and salary band, in accordance with internal salary structure, equity, and external competitiveness. What are we looking for in the ideal candidate? Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Human Resources or related field. Advanced English verbal and written communication skills. 4+ years of experience performing Compensation & Benefits roles. Proficiency in Job evaluation using Korn Ferry – Mercer methodology. Familiarity with some HRIS (preferably Workday). Logical mindset. Preferred Qualifications Master Degree in Compensations or HR. Certification or Diploma in Variable Compensation. What do we offer?
