Executive Hotel Leader The leader of our hotel team is responsible for overseeing the operations and ensuring overall targets are met to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Main Responsibilities: Manage key performance indicators such as profitability and guest satisfaction Necessary Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience as a hotel executive or director of operations in luxury resorts Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent Strong commercial expertise with a proven track record of increasing profitability Experience managing budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reports Excellent leadership and communication skills Fundraising Skills: Cash flow management Auditing and financial statement analysis Key Areas of Responsibility: Luxury resort operations Sales and marketing strategies Talent acquisition and development Hotel amenities and services management Staff training and welfare
