Inventory Control Manager Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to develop and implement strategies for managing, controlling, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The right candidate will oversee the receipt, storage, taking, and distribution of products, as well as collaborate on the selection and implementation of advanced inventory management systems. Key responsibilities include: Managing and controlling inventory movement and storage within facilities. Ensuring physical inventories match management system balances (WMS). Implementing audits and counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Required Skills and Qualifications: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or similar degree. At least 10 years' experience in Inventory Control, preferably in auditing, finance, and logistics. Proficiency in WMS inventory management systems. Knowledge of inventory management systems, control methodologies, counting, management, cycle counting, wall-to-wall, shortage, surplus, FIFO, FEFO, serialized products, obsolescence, turnover, A, B, C stratification of damaged products. Excellent communication skills to interact with different levels of the organization and customers. Advanced conversational English essential. Willingsness to travel.
