Key responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations in Mexico (ISR, IVA, IEPS, etc.). Prepare and/or review monthly and annual tax returns, including income tax, VAT, payroll taxes, and informative returns (DIOT, DIM, etc.). Manage tax audits and respond to inquiries from Mexican tax authorities (SAT). Advise on tax implications of business initiatives, transactions, and restructuring. Oversee and ensure accuracy of transfer pricing documentation and policies. Collaborate with global tax and finance teams to support consolidated reporting and cross-border tax issues. Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the business. Drive process improvements and automation in tax reporting and compliance activities. Education (technical and/or in industry): Bachelor’s degree, accounting/ finance preferred. Job experience: 5-7 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in multiple activities and systems successfully and simultaneously.
