Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Controller to join our team. The Plant Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our manufacturing plant, including financial forecasting, manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, budget forecasting, month end closing, ad hoc reporting, and more. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of GAAP, costing, taxes, and accounting systems. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial forecasts for the plant Manage manufacturing accounting processes Oversee cost accounting activities Prepare and analyze budget forecasts Lead month end closing procedures Generate ad hoc financial reports as needed Skills: Plant controller experience Financial forecasting Manufacturing accounting Cost accounting Budget forecasting Month end closing Ad hoc reporting Fluent in English GAAP knowledge Costing expertise Tax knowledge Proficiency in accounting systems
