Profile/Skills Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, energy, or related field. Knowledge of related products such as power transformers, high-voltage switches, box substations, capacitors, and insulators; 1-3 years of experience. English proficiency. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software. Main Responsibilities: Assist regional and other departments in handling after-sales issues, classify after-sales information according to standards and promptly forward it to relevant production departments, be responsible for resolving after-sales issues and tracking progress until closure while providing feedback to related departments, and maintain after-sales service records with statistical analysis of information. Based on user feedback, identify and analyze the corresponding faults, and provide appropriate solutions, including but not limited to: installation, debugging, maintenance, repair, replacement, consultation, upgrading, and modification.¿ Provide on-site or remote technical support and installation guidance. Complete after-sales service work according to Customer needs, maintain Customer relationships, and understand and discover user requirements. Prepare the necessary materials and components according to the needs of the site or users. Summarize the handling of issues and organize relevant reports and documentation. Actively collect user feedback, improve work methods, and provide beneficial suggestions for the company's operations. Follow safety regulations and codes in accordance with EHS requirements and comply with the company's compliance requirements. Manage dispatched service engineers, authorized engineers, and subcontractors, and urge subcontractors to complete projects on time as per the contract. Coordinate the management of regional personnel, subcontractors, and authorized engineers; update weekly work reports, work plans, and expense records. Provide quotations, reviews, and signing services for paid services and spare parts purchase contracts. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership on time.
