Program Management Opportunity This leadership role is within the Global Manufacturing Operations Project Management Office team. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Program Manager to lead multiple large-scale programs independently, manage globally distributed teams, and act as Team Lead for assigned projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong computer skills, and knowledge of project management tools. Key responsibilities include managing program scope, timelines, budgets, and quality, while ensuring compliance with Chamberlain Group's standards and policies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for mentoring Project Managers and Program Managers, delivering project management training to Operations staff worldwide, and leading process improvement initiatives. Bonus Points: experience with Windchill and SAP.
