Key Job Functions: Plan, organize, and manage warehouse operations to ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. Manage space utilization and optimize warehouse layout to maximize operational efficiency. Maintain proper handling and storage procedures to prevent damage or loss of materials. Conduct regular training sessions and development programs for warehouse personnel to enhance skills and knowledge in procedures and safety standards. Resolve issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, and equipment failures in a timely and professional manner. Key Qualifications: Prior experience in warehouse operations and inventory control is highly desirable. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise warehouse staff. Knowledge of automotive industry practices and regulations is essential.
