Job Description The Director of Finance will oversee the financial strategy, ensuring efficient resource management, compliance with regulations, and timely delivery of accurate financial information to support decision-making. This role is key in driving sustainable business growth while upholding luxury standards. This involves leading and overseeing Accounting, Treasury, Cost Control, Credit & Collections, Purchasing, and Stores departments. Timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in line with local and international standards. Design and implementation of internal control and audit strategies to safeguard company assets. Coordination of the hotel's annual financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this position, you must have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or postgraduate studies preferred). Minimum of 8 years of senior financial management experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or tourism. Advanced English language skills. Strong knowledge of accounting standards (NIF, IFRS) and Mexican tax regulations.
