About Us We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Hygiene Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of our Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and HACCP plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety and hygiene, with experience in maintaining compliance with ISO 22000 certification standards. They will be responsible for conducting inspections of kitchens, restaurants, and back-of-house areas to monitor hygiene and sanitation practices.
