The Candidate Experience Partner/ Sourcer will be fully responsible for managing every candidate from application to shortlisting, including those from internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and sourced candidates. This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent through innovative and collaborative techniques while ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Acting as a sourcing business partner, the Candidate Experience Partner works closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to drive an effective recruitment process. By leveraging data-driven insights, applying advanced sourcing strategies, and championing diversity and inclusion, this position plays a vital role in workforce. Additionally, the Candidate Experience Partner will be instrumental in positioning the company as an employer of choice, further elevating the candidate experience. Main Responsibilities: Optimize recruitment strategies and improve the overall candidate experience. Organize meetings with hiring managers to collect job requirements and ensure a structured and efficient hiring process. Identify, attract, and retain the best talent from all candidate sources, utilizing innovative sourcing methods and advanced techniques. Manage the entire candidate process, from application to pre-screening, ensuring a seamless process by selecting the most suitable candidates before sharing the shortlist to HM. Build and cultivate a strong pipeline of potential candidates, maintaining clear and consistent communication to provide a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process. Ensure timely follow-up to facilitate decision-making. Continuously improve talent acquisition processes, driving efficiency and innovation. Strengthen the company's image by actively promoting diversity and inclusion, ensuring a balanced and diverse candidate pipeline for all positions, and positioning the company as a leading employer. What are we looking for? In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, and innovative candidate engagement practices. Strong understanding of labour market trends, talent availability, and industry-specific recruitment challenges. Preferable experience with Manufacturing industry and high volume. Preferable experience working with US and/or LATAM markets. Prior experience in sourcing candidates, conducting market research, and leveraging platforms to identify and engage top talent. Excellent communications skills. Proactive, able to prioritise and manage own workload. Reliable and well organised, team player with a flexible and confident approach to work Ability to negotiate effectively, sell ideas and concepts and gain commitment. Customer focused.
