Technical Installation Specialist Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Technical Installation Specialist to join our team in Mexico. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of Parking and People Access Systems, ensuring exceptional service to customers while adhering to industry standards. Main Responsibilities: Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and implement Parking and People Access Systems according to established standards. Maintenance and Support: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for installed systems, providing timely solutions to customer issues. Customer Support: Offer 1st & 2nd level customer support via hotline, on-site, or remote as part of on-duty operations. Training and Analysis: Conduct customer training for key users and analyze customer needs for modernization or extensions. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 2 years in technical service roles, preferably within automation, electrical systems, access control, or CCTV. Proven expertise in IT and network systems. Experience in software deployment and hotline support. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple projects and customer demands effectively. Team-oriented with excellent communication skills. Language Skills: Spanish: fluent (written & spoken) English: a plus but not required Able to travel up to 75% and available for on-duty services in sectors such as Car Access, Mountain, and Events are essential qualifications.
