Job Title: Supply Chain Expert As a Supply Chain Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's inventory and shipments. Your goal will be to ensure that all materials are received, stored, and maintained in their best shape, guaranteeing their integrity at all times. Key Responsibilities: Inspect and receive all incoming materials within established system goals. Store materials in warehouses according to established procedures. Ensure compliance with ESD, MSD, and expire dates requirements. Guarantee inventory accuracy to meet Finance department's requirements. Identify and manage excess and obsolete materials. Develop and implement efficient supermarket systems, best practices for picking and material preparation, and KPIs to minimize picking cycle time. Deliver kits on time to Production as per their requirements. Collaborate with various teams to ensure delivered kits are in optimal condition, integrity, and timely delivery. Work closely with Purchasing, Quality, and Planning to fulfill customer Special Orders (SO) for materials. Direct Shipping crew to adhere to established shipment plans during Business Process Reviews (BPR). Lead Material's team to consistently meet Neo's needs regarding materials. Continuously identify opportunities to reduce Materials operations costs. Partner with QA and HR to provide training and development for the Materials crew. Maintain third-party warehouses at the lowest level possible while minimizing costs. Apply knowledge of Kanban systems and continuous improvement processes. Utilize Six Sigma and TPS (Toyota Production System) initiatives to drive cost reduction. Implement effective Cycle Counts processes in Inventory Warehouses. Understand supply material routines to deliver materials to production lines efficiently. Drive material in-process reduction. Required Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, APICS certifications desired. Minimum five years of experience in Supply Chain or Materials environment.
