Production Planning Specialist Aligning production requirements with available resources is a critical objective. This role involves ensuring efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials while minimizing downtime. Effective communication between cross-functional teams is essential to maintain an accurate production plan. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for various manufacturing processes. Translate customer forecasts and orders into accurate production requirements to ensure timely delivery. Monitor order fulfillment status and identify potential bottlenecks for proactive resolution. Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and production planning, including MPS, MRP, and assembly line scheduling, is required. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and experience in warehouse management using FIFO, Kanban, and safety stock control are also necessary. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in the field, with a focus on aligning production requirements with available resources. Strong analytical skills, with experience in cycle time analysis and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Advanced user of SAP, with hands-on experience in Delivery Control Coordination (DCC) and Order Management.
