Descripción Working closely with third-party/vendor onshore / offshore resources and the Global IT team to manage, maintain, and deliver value to the business through robust unified commercial platforms, including AI-augmented capabilities such as generative content and autonomous agents. Assisting Director in managing capital and expense budgets and vendor contract negotiations. Leading AI-Augmented Engineering Practices, ensuring key technical components are delivered on time and with desired quality in all phases of new application development or enhancements to existing applications. Overlooking internal and external development teams for adherence to best practices and standards. Best practices and standards include security, architecture, coding standards, deployments, and operating procedures, with AI-enhanced monitoring and compliance checks. Driving the execution of the long-range strategy and roadmap of applications ensuring alignment with vendors and business needs, incorporating AI innovation roadmaps. Collaborating globally with business partners and internal IT stakeholders to gather business requirements, guide and educate on automation opportunities and execute IT strategies. Manage direct reports and additional onshore/offshore resources from vendor or temporary staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees and communicating job expectations, including upskilling teams in AI tools and practices. Manage Patient Pharma business application(s) including Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud by: Operational monitoring and improvements including backup strategy, Disaster Recovery, and archiving, enhanced by AI-driven anomaly detection and predictive maintenance. Develop and enforce release management strategy and development standards, using AI for automated testing and quality assurance. Providing architectural oversight, including AI integration patterns and ethical AI design. Balancing the demand for enhancements and changes with available resources. Maintaining roadmaps and budget for patient applications. Perfil buscado 5-7 years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud , including data models, integration methods, and support frameworks. Hands-on expertise with AI-augmented features (Einstein GPT, AI Ops for self-healing systems, predictive analytics, intelligent incident resolution). Strong background in cloud architecture, API development, integrations, and AI/ML implementations (generative AI workflows, predictive models). Proven success collaborating with global business and IT teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver scalable, value-driven solutions. 5-7 years of team leadership experience , managing developers, support staff, vendors, and service providers across Agile environments. Skilled in leading Scrum and Kanban teams , driving process improvements, and enforcing best practices in security, coding, and operations. Recognized for strong communication skills , adaptability in fast-paced environments, and ability to translate business needs into technical strategies.
