Job Title: Payroll and Compensation Expert We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our payroll and compensation efforts. This role is responsible for managing the complete payroll process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and overseeing corporate benefits. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire payroll process, including incident reporting, coordination with external providers, payroll audits, validation of calculations, and ensuring timely payments. Ensure compliance with all employer obligations, including IMSS, Infonavit, SUA, ISR, and REPSE. Administer and oversee corporate benefits such as life insurance, health insurance, fuel allowances, and other perks. Prepare payroll reports and cost analyses for growth projects and budget planning. Manage risk premium processes and regulatory compliance related to labor matters. Lead and develop the payroll and benefits team, fostering autonomy, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Propose innovative strategies for compensation, benefits, and cost optimization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. Minimum of 4 years' experience in payroll, compensation, and benefits, with a proven track record leading teams. Strong knowledge of payroll reconciliations, cost analysis, employer contributions, REPSE, IMSS, Infonavit, SUA, and ISR. Experience managing a headcount of 1,100+ employees. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills, with effective communication and a results-driven approach.
