Overview TC Energy is seeking a legal professional with extensive experience in energy regulation, contract development, compliance, and leadership. Qualifications (minimum and preferred) Law degree from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years (or more for senior roles) of relevant legal experience; experience in automotive/financial services or energy sectors is valued. Advanced English and Spanish with strong writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure, travel as required, and manage multi-jurisdictional issues. Strong analytical, negotiation, drafting, and advisory skills; leadership and project management capabilities. Legal Director (Head of Legal) – Mexico Cuauhtémoc, Distrito Federal MStar Role: Lead legal strategy and operations for a fast-scaling automotive finance company, reporting to the CEO. Responsibilities include managing all legal functions, compliance, risk, governance, and corporate strategy; building a high-performing legal department; and supporting alliances with automotive groups in Mexico. Requires 15+ years in automotive finance or related legal leadership, bilingual in Spanish/English, and a law degree.
