As the key leader in casino operations, you will oversee daily activities, manage staff performance, and maintain compliance with gaming regulations. This role requires a proven track record of success in senior supervisory positions within a casino environment. Job Description: You will be responsible for leading and managing the casino team to achieve excellent guest relations and operational results. This includes managing financial aspects of the casino operation, identifying cost savings and revenue growth opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications: You must have a minimum one-year experience as a Senior Casino Supervisor with consistently high performance ratings (shipboard experience preferred). Additionally, you should have one to two years progressive supervisory experience in a casino function with resorts, cruise lines, and hotels. Required Education: A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent is preferred.
