As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the pre-opening and launch process, including talent acquisition, operational systems, service culture, and positioning strategy. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned hotelier with at least 5 years' experience as a luxury resort General Manager. Previous experience in Mexico is required, along with deep knowledge of regional culture, luxury clientele, and market positioning. Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English is essential.
