Media Sales Lead We are looking for an experienced sales professional to drive our connected television market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, as well as building long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve advertising sales targets Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for collaboration Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and production departments, to deliver high-quality ad campaigns that meet client expectations Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies impacting the advertising landscape Identify new business prospects and develop targeted outreach strategies to attract potential advertisers Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals Monitor performance metrics, analyze data insights, and adjust tactics accordingly to optimize campaign effectiveness Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications Minimum of 5 years' experience in media planning/buying, account management, or similar roles within the advertising industry Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas and building long-term client partnerships Strong communication skills – both verbal and written - enabling persuasive presentations and negotiations Excellent organizational abilities combined with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with CRM software tools used throughout the organization Why Join Us?
