Falco Electronics is looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team in Merida. This entry-level role supports the design and industrialization of mechanical components and tooling. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability, technical compliance, and smooth product handover to production. What you’ll do: Support the design and development of mechanical parts and tooling. Prepare accurate 3D/2D models and technical documentation using SolidWorks. Participate in cost estimation and feasibility studies. Assist in product and process validation activities. Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and project engineering teams during industrialization. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 0–2 years of experience in mechanical design or manufacturing engineering. Knowledge of SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modeling software. Understanding of DFM principles, GD&T, and product industrialization. Ability to interpret technical drawings and convert designs into process documentation. Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drawings and Microsoft Office tools. Intermediate English proficiency; curiosity, precision, and a proactive mindset.
