Responsibilities: 1.Support our customers by providing them with a personalized experience. 2.Active listening, showing interest, compassion and empathy for the customer. 3.Ensure first call resolution and customer satisfaction in all situations. 4.Being multitasking to be able to attend to the computer and the phone while attending a call. 5.Be actively ready to receive calls What skills will you need? 1. Flexibility in working hours in operations. 2. One year of previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (desirable). 3. Professionalism 4. Proficient in Windows PC applications, including MS Office and the Internet. Ability to type 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy. 6. Sensitive and articulate verbal and written communication skills in both English (advanced B2-C1) and Spanish. 7. High school diploma/GED or equivalent. 8.+18 of legal age and have complete documentation (CURP, NSS, CONSTANCIA FISCAL, etc.) 9. Qualified candidates must be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment. Must be able to be a problem solver, creative and analytical with a passion for excellent customer service. Specifications: 1. Job Type: full-time- Immediate Hire - HomeOffice. Position Type: Full-time, Open-ended. Salary: $75.00 an hour Schedule: ⏰*Onboarding / Training :* 8:30 AM-5:00 PM ⏰ 2 days off ⏰ *Operaciones:* 45 hrs semanales con posibilidad de horas extras hasta 48, lun-dom, Jornada complete.
