Purpose: Effectively manage labor relations within the organization, serving as the liaison between the Operations Department and direct personnel. Main Responsibilities: Direct personnel hiring processes Monitoring turnover and absenteeism metrics Implementation of disciplinary measures Event administration Desired Profile: Strong communication skills Negotiation techniques Service-oriented attitude Leadership Knowledge and Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field Familiarity with the Federal Labor Law Knowledge of strategies for attracting and retaining personnel Experience managing metrics related to turnover, absenteeism, work environment, etc. Intermediate English proficiency MS Office (especially Excel – Intermediate level
