This role defines guidelines, standardizes processes, and ensures that every hotel consistently upholds the highest standards of quality in Groups & Weddings. Working closely with property teams and strategic areas, the Corporate Director guarantees consistency, innovation, and excellence, always striving to exceed the expectations of both our clients and the company. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Events, or related field. Experience in groups, banquets, or weddings operations, including at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial or corporate position. Proven track record in event coordination across multi-property or regional environments, preferably within luxury or all-inclusive resorts. Strong knowledge of logistics, operational planning, budget control, and vendor management. Ability to implement standards and processes that ensure consistent event quality. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
