Key Responsibilities: · Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts. · Manage orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time performance. · Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally. · Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning, logistics, and production teams. · Provide updates on order status, shipping, and delivery schedules. · Support customer QBRS, visits, and quality-related communications. · Prepare reports and analysis to support account performance and KPIs. · Promote continuous improvement in customer service processes Requirements: · Required studies: Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Administration and/or related. · Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customs, warehousing (preferred). · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Theoretical and practical knowledge of INCOTERMS. · Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we’ll train you to provide legendary service for our customers! · Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms. · Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively. · Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
