Responsabilities Serves as the first point of contact for all potential clients, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and empathetic experience. Conducts intake interviews by phone, video, or in person to gather detailed and accurate client information. Evaluates client needs and matches them with appropriate legal professionals or trusted members of our professional network. Maintains detailed records of calls, inquiries, and case details in the firm's database to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up. Screens potential clients to determine eligibility and fit with the firm's services. Follows up promptly with leads and ensures seamless handoffs to attorneys or case managers. Supports business development by identifying referral opportunities and strengthening relationships within our professional network. Qualifications Education and Experience College degree preferred OR equivalent professional experience in client-facing roles. Demonstrated success in intake, customer service, sales, or related roles. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen carefully and record information accurately. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills that build trust and positive client experiences. Compensation $15K tax free base and bonus $ available for conversations rate.
